Lauren was part of the Dora winning Ensemble of And By the Way Miss (Theatre Direct), and a recipient of the Christopher Plummer Fellowship Award through which she trained and performed at the Globe Theatre in London, England. Her new play Jenny’s Room recently received a reading at the Canadian Stage Company’s Rawest of the Raw: Festival of New Works, and has received Creator’s grants from CanStage and Factory Theatre. As an artist committed to youth, Lauren is Outreach Director at Pleiades Theatre. Recently Lauren performed the role of Olivia in the HRSC’s production of Twelfth Night and will be performing in Te-Amim’s upcoming production of Ten Green Bottles (Mark Cassidy). Lauren is delighted to be working with such an unbelievable group of women.

The very nature of Theatre Revolve inspires artistic expression, empowerment, and equips these young women with skills that will go a long in ensuring that as theatre artists and humans, they will be able to have a real impact in both the theatre community and society.
