 Clara is a Toronto based actor and playwright of Irish decent who began performing when she was two or three as an actor and a ballerina. She is a recent graduate of the Claude Watson Arts Program at Earl Haig. Her favourite acting credits include: Melanie in The Wresting Season (LKTYP), Paper Tomatoes (LKTYP, LMDA conference) Hariet in Prophetic (Summerworks 2006), Shawna in Jumpsuit (Joy of Six Play Festival), Electra in Electra, Feste in Twelfth Night, and Mum in Death to Mum (Sears Drama Festival). Writing credits: Just Dickinson (Paprika Festival), Pippa Fish (Four on the Floor One Act Play Festival 2006), Sycamore (2004) and Pocket the Gap (2004). Clara is the 2007 Pierre Berton "Poet of the Year" and "Playwright of the Year". Clara's plays have won awards in the Gordon C. Johnson Writing Contest and has been published by Creative Communications inc. Clara has a keen interest in politics, plays and humanity. Favorite Quote: "You think you know me, but you don't."  Clara lives in Toronto and will attend the University College Drama Program at the University of Toronto in September. Currently she is preparing to perform in Theatre Revolve's Summerworks show at the Tarragon. Clara is the outreach coordinator of Faustwork Mask Theatre Company. She is also developing a new play, tentatively called, All Aboard.
 Theatre Revolve is important to me because I care about the world and its inhabitants. I am greatly enjoying working with the other girls and learning about different cultures, values and artistic ideas. Theatre Revolve is truly an inspiration and a dream come true.
